Use of Natural and Synthetic Materials in Denim Washing Process as an Alternative to Pumice Stone

In this study, the use of synthetic stones and peach kernels in denim stone washing process instead pumice was investigated. The performance each alternative identified with different methods, i.e. conventional, low liquor, spraying methods. effects were compared. Moreover, energy water consumption equivalent carbon dioxide emission method analyzed. results indicated that although led to best aging affect conventional method, Stones showed better when liquor used. Additionally, shown be lower. Therefore, it concluded or could a sustainable selection for application would advantageous.
